An example of one morning at one business. The names are made up.

In the example, seven things reach one business before half past ten: a missed call, a question on Instagram, an email asking for a price, a sticky note, a website form, a WhatsApp message and an invoice still unpaid. They start as a loose pile. Then each one is put on one list, in time order, with a name against it and what happened: Jo has the call back, the Instagram question was answered, a quote was sent, Amir has the note, the form became a booking, the diary was moved, and a reminder went out for the invoice.

The mark

One letter, one dot.

Our name comes from نظام, which means order. The mark is its first letter, ن, built the way a calligrapher builds it. In Arabic calligraphy every letter is measured in dots, the rhombus a reed pen leaves when it is pressed once, and the bowl of our mark is exactly one dot thick.

We work on a business in the same order. We measure where the work goes first, then we put it in order.

Every business leaks in a different place, so the first job is finding yours, before anything is built or sold.

    A conversation with you, then time with whoever does the work, following real jobs from the first message to the payment.

  2. You get it in writing

    What we found, what we would put in, the price and the finish line, on one page before anything is built.

  3. We build it and look after it

    It goes in beside what you already use, proves itself, and is looked after every month by the people who built it.

Do we have to change the software we already use?

No. What we put in sits beside what you run today, and only takes over the part where work is being lost. If the software you have is fine, it stays.

Do you use AI?

Where it earns its place. It can sort what comes in, summarise it and draft a reply, and a person on your side decides what is sent. We tell you where it is used before anything goes live.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the business and what we put in, so we do not print a number here. You get a fixed price in writing before anything is built: a setup fee, then a monthly fee for looking after it.

Who owns what you build?

On a build of your own, the code, the data and the accounts are yours on final payment. Where you use one of our products, you pay to use it and your data is yours to export at any time. We tell you which one you are buying before you pay.

What happens to personal details?

We handle them on your behalf under a data processing agreement, signed before anything goes live, and we never use them for anything of our own.
